Pull the Trigger Hitter is the culmination of a 6-year endeavor to solve the age-old "pulling"problem and to promote hitting the ball to all fields. The inventor, Clark Bailey, is a retired Hill City High School math instructor and baseball coach of 34 years and now resides in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. He recognized the need for hitters to drill and correct the hitting tendency of pulling and pulling off of the ball. For 6 years, Mr. Bailey experimented with designing a 'spinner' composed of the numerous available game or practice balls. Finally, he arrived with a polyurethane ball that will withstand the shock, abuse, and sheer force of a bat. Later, because of a very fortunate accident with a prototype, the spinner was changed from a 4 to a 3-pronged device. Now the spinner literally ROCKS! It is a wondrous hitting device and quite possibly the best for training the batter to swing in the proper plane, in the right direction, and at the right time!
